No Refund Policy

All sales are instant access and final. Every product in this bundle is digital and is delivered immediately after payment, so no refunds, part-refunds, exchanges or cancellations are offered.

Why there are no refunds

The Service Suite™, The ASSETT Room™, Claude Masterclass and AI Clone Training are digital assets, templates and training. Once you receive access you have the full value of the purchase and it cannot be returned. By completing checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and that you accept you cannot change your mind afterwards.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is treated as a breach of these terms and access may be withdrawn. We will always respond to a support message first.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot access what you paid for, or a file or link is broken, email hello@thebrand-edit.uk and we will fix it or reissue your access. Technical problems are always resolved, they are simply not resolved with a refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law. Where a statutory right to cancel would otherwise apply to digital content, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right is lost once access begins.
